contacts. Client does about 20M in revenues and has major clients all over. They offer services like Configuration
management, trouble management. IT service, Business Service Management.
Position: Program Managers, Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Development Managers

Salary: 90-160k depending on position and experience
Systems Engineers: Sr. and Intermediate levels. Architecture, design/development, analysis, integration, in ANY of these
technologies: radar, communications, avionics, countermeasures, electronic warfare, weapons systems, antennas,
satellites, wireless radios, DSP systems, OR, related. $90-140K + bonus
Software Engineers: Sr. and Intermediate levels: Design/development of embedded systems and subsystems; analysis
and application; C, C++, Assembly or Ada, and others which will be a “plus” factor. $90-140K +
Program Managers: Sr. level- 3 openings. Experience in running DoD programs from inception to delivery from 20-300M;
Able to lead through matrix management; customer liaison, business development, proposals; domestic and/or
international. MUST be current in DoD experience. $140-160k + bonus
Business Development Managers: Sr. level-2 openings. Responsible for new business strategy, proposal management,
venture programs with other companies, development of add-ons associated with present programs, selection and
management of many RFQs; $140-160K + bonus.
Other openings: Quality Assurance, EMI, RF design engineers, Logistics, Avionics design engineers, Test/ integration
engineers, Contract or Subcontract Supervisors, Manufacturing engineers.
Position: Marketing Research Manager
Industry: Defense
Location: NYC/NJ
Salary: Open, target in the 120k range plus bonus and relocation.
Comments: Guide DOD marketing strategy in communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance areas.
Decide where new programs are going, the best strategies, joint ventures, proposal techniques, etc. New position,
excellent visibility for growth.
